Inspired by Poh Ling YeowMy Thermomix reimagining of their prawn laksa
My Thermomix take on a Poh-style prawn laksa — a fragrant coconut noodle soup from a homemade paste.
This is my independent Thermomix homage to Poh Ling Yeow and the comforting appeal of prawn laksa. It keeps the spirit of the original inspiration, but the method is written fresh for TM6 and TM7 cooks who want clear settings and a warm, achievable result.
