ThermieChef is a personal website run by Aly, an Independent Thermomix Consultant based in Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Information you give us: your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number when you fill in a form to receive recipes or get in touch.
• Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, plus simple event records (for example when a button is clicked). This helps us understand what's useful and measure our marketing.

How we use your information

• To send you recipes and updates you've asked for;
• To respond to your messages and help you with Thermomix;
• To understand how the site is used and improve it;
• To measure and improve our advertising and referrals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the site, including: Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to us), Airtable (stores our enquiry and activity records), Google Analytics (website analytics) and Vercel (hosting). When you choose to buy a Thermomix, your purchase is completed on the official Thermomix store, which has its own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser or opt out using Google's tools. The site works without them.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe at any time, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
